We are Newcon Flooring, developers of an internal project management platform designed to manage construction projects across multiple stages.

Our platform includes users from three categories:

  1. Internal Project Development Team
  2. Builders Team
  3. Vendors (labour and material suppliers)

All user data is created and managed internally through our admin module. We do not collect or process data from public users or unknown external sources.


2. How We Collect Data

All user data is entered manually by authorized administrators for internal operations. We also integrate with QuickBooks to synchronize customer details, invoices, and purchase orders related to ongoing projects.

We do not collect information from public forms, website visitors, or third-party marketing tools.

Mailgun is used only to send automated task notifications and updates to authorized users.


3. What Data We Collect

We collect and store limited information required to operate the platform effectively:

  • Name, Email, and Contact Details of registered users
  • Company name or vendor name
  • Project-related role and task assignments

No sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, banking details, or medical data) is collected or stored.

Mailgun is used to send system-generated emails (task alerts, stage updates, etc.) to registered users only.


4. How We Use the Data

We use personal and project data solely for the following purposes:

  • To manage and track project progress across defined stages
  • To send automated task and status emails through Mailgun
  • To synchronize accounting data with QuickBooks
  • To improve our internal operational efficiency

We do not use data for marketing, resale, or profiling purposes.


5. Third-Party Integrations

We use limited third-party services:

  • Mailgun – to send internal system notifications via email
  • QuickBooks – to synchronize project-related financial data

Each integration is used strictly for internal and operational purposes. No external data collection or marketing activity occurs through these platforms.


6. Data Retention

User and project data are retained as long as needed for ongoing operations or compliance purposes.

Inactive user data may be deleted or anonymized after project completion.


7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with any third parties.

Data may be shared only with authorized team members, builders, and vendors within the same project for coordination purposes.


8. Security

We maintain administrative and technical safeguards to protect all data stored within our system.

Mailgun’s infrastructure and email transmission protocols are secured and compliant with global data protection standards.

Access to data is restricted to authorized users only.


9. Your Rights

As an authorized user, you may:

  • Request access or correction to your account information
  • Request removal of your account (subject to internal data retention policies)
